M.C.P.T. Fee & cancellation Policy
Full payment is expected at the time of the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charges 75% of the fee. Thank you for your understanding.
M.C.P.T. privacy & confidentiality policy
M.C.P.T. respects the privacy of the client/s, and maintains confidentiality of all information provided according to Commonwealth Privacy Act (1988). Documentation is stored on secure web-files for a minimum of 7 years according to state government policy. Relevant information, progress and concerns will only be discussed with other relevant professionals outside of treatment sessions under the consent of the client and the family. If at any time information provided by the client/s indicates a risk to the client’s safety, it is lawfully required of M.C.P.T. to take appropriate action.
